- AMNEDMENT FOR:� Englebright � Land Janitorial Services� ����� See attached: SF30 Solicitation AMENDMENT W9123820Q0005 P00001 (Englebright Janitorial) The purpose of this amendment is to: A.� Change the 2020 Wage Determination from Yuba County to Nevada County, CA where the actual worksite for the subject service would be. Attached Wage Determination No. 2015-5677 Rev 12 dated 12/23/2019 applies. B.� Acknowledgement of� this amendment is required by complying with instructions in Block 11 and returning this form together with quote submitted as a result of this solicitation. Margen, phone (916) 557-7508, Email: Arnel.D.Margen@usace.army.mil ________________________________________________________________________________________- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for the Englebright � Land Janitorial Services at Englebright Lake and Dam for a base year with four (4) optional years.� Please review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 18 December 2019 in Solicitation SF1449 W91238-20-Q-0005 which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it from www.fbo.gov on or about 10 January 2020. Award Determination: The purchase order will be awarded to the responsive and responsible small business determined to be the most advantageous to the Government as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical, Experience and Past Performance will be considered. The proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is reasonable for the work to be performed reflecting a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation.��� Synopsis/ Solicitation Issue Date:� ���� 10 January 2020 Site Visit Date:��� 23 January 2020 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) Deadline of Quotation Submission:��� 12 February 2020, 10:00 AM, (Pacific Time) Site Visit will be held in Englebright Dam and Lake on 23 January (Thursday) at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
