- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N6146320RC017FN and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02. 4) The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to The Arbinger Company (CAGE: 1UMN6). The associated NAICS code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $12.0M.
