- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to release a commercial Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside solicitation for Moving Services at the New York Harbor Healthcare Systems, Manhattan, Brooklyn and St. Albans campuses. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number will be 36C24220Q0187. All other contract details including full specification is included in the RFQ.
