- MODIFICATION NOTICE: The purpose of this modification is to notify all interested parties that the closing date has been changed from January 24, 2020 at 10:00am EST to January 28, 2020 at 10:00am EST. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to release a commercial Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside solicitation for Moving Services at the New York Harbor Healthcare Systems, Manhattan, Brooklyn and St. Albans campuses. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number will be 36C24220Q0187. All other contract details including full specification is included in the RFQ. The closing date for the solicitation will be on or before January 28 2020 at 10:00am EST.
