Description

AMENDMENT FA252120B00010002: 1.� Replace Attachment 1 (SXHT-11-1055, Technical Specifications) with Attachment 1 (Specifications, Rev 2) which changes the certification from SSPC QP 1 to SSPC QP1 or NACE CIP Level 1. (Specification 09 90 00, Paragraph, 1.3.2.) 2.� Add Atch 12 (Questions dated 23 Jan 2020) to Section J. The answers to Questions 1 and 2 have been modified to Change the certification from SSPC QP 1 to SSPC QP1 or NACE CIP Level 1. 2a.� Question 23 has been added to address period of performance from 120 calendar days to 180 calendar days. 2b.� Question 24 has been added to clarify the Bid Due Date and the Bid Opening Date per Amendment FA252120B0001-0001. Amendment FA252120B0001-0001 (Section L) extended the Bid Due Date and the Bid Opening date as follows: ������ Bid Due Date is January 30, 2020 at 9:00 AM (EST) ������ Bid Opening Date and Time is January 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM (EST) Therefore, Page 1 and Section L (L-4) of the conformed solicitation, the Bid Due Date and Time is unchanged and remains at January 30, 2020 at 9:00 AM (EST) per Amendment FA252120B0001-0001. ����� All bids must be submitted via email to: Patricia Bates �(patricia.bates@us.af.mil) and Donna Fowler�(donna.fowler.2@us.af.mil). Per Section L (L-5) of the conformed solicitation , the Bid Opening Date and Time is unchanged and remains at January 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM (EST) per Amendment FA252120B0001-0001. Sections F,� G,��I,� J and L of the solication have changes (see Summary of Changes in Amendment FA252120B00010001) SOLICITATION Repair Lift Station Pumps Bldgs. 650 and 1497 & Replace Lift Station Bldg. 943� Project SXHT 11-1055 FAR 52.236-27 Alternate I Site Visit (Construction) Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for- Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST Participants will meet at-- Tides Collocated Club (North Parking Lot) 1001 South Highway A1A, Bldg. 967 Patrick, AFB, FL 32925 (c) Submit the Badging Request Form (Attachment 6) of all attendees to Donna Fowler (donna.fowler.2@us.af.mil) as noted within this solicitation. There is a limit of 2 personnel per bidding contractor, to include subcontractors. This information must be provided no later than January 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM EST in order to ensure access to the military base/site. �Attachment 8 is the Rules of Engagement-Pre-Bid Site Visit.� All questions must be submitted in writing using the Q & A Template (Attachment 7) and sent by email correspondence no later than January 14, 2020 by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to the Primary and Alternate POCs listed below. Bid due date: January 22, 2020 � �Bid due time:� 9:00 AM.
