- This sources sought notice is being posted for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.� As a result of this sources sought notice the Government may or may not issue a solicitation utilizing a set-aside based on sources discovered during this sources sought.� The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound has a need for various sizes and types of lumber/plywood. Please see attached specifications and data requirements. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 321211, Hardwood Veneer and Plywood Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals.� Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these items, please provide the following information: Your company name, address, email address, CAGE code, DUNS; Your company�s size status; Whether or not your company would be the actual manufacturer of the material.� If your company is not the actual manufacturer you must identify who the manufacturer would be and their CAGE code; Whether or not your company would be interested in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract type that has a base year and 2 (two) option years; Your contact information.� A valid name, email address, phone, and fax number; and Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability Responses to this sources sought are due no later than 10:00 a.m. PST, on 24 February 2020.
