FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FINANCE �DIVISION | PROCUREMENT SECTION Sources Sought / Request for Information Friday, January 24, 2020 FBI Executive Jet Broker and Fee NAME OF REQUIREMENT Sale of one (1) military C-37A, acquired and converted by FBI in 2001 to an N registered aircraft PURPOSE The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for information and planning purposes to determine the existing market capability of businesses to provide broker services for a military C-37A, acquired and converted by FBI in 2001 to an N registered aircraft, to include typical fee structure, market trends and conditions, broker experience and marketing plan to ensure highest return on the sale of this asset. This Sources Sought / Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future.� This Sources Sought / Request for Information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.� Further, the FBI is not at this time seeking proposals/quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals/quotes.� Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought / RFI; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought / RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense.� Not responding to this Sources Sought / RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.�
