- Description
- In support of the Life Cycle Logistics Support and Chemical Demilitarization Training Facility (CDTF) Operation and Maintenance requirement located in Edgewood, MD; the U.S. Government will be offering individual company site visits the week of 10-14 February 2020 and 18-21 February 2020. Each company is permitted to send up to three representatives to participate in the individual site visit. Companies will only have access to the rooms/buildings listed in the document titled, �CDTF Campus Access for Individual Site Visit�. The number of rooms/buildings, from the approved list, a company accesses and the amount of time spent in each room/building is at the discretion of the individual company. Company representatives must stay in one group at all times during the individual site visit. U.S. Government personnel will escort each company. Photography is not allowed at any time during the site visit. The intent of the individual site visit is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to inspect equipment and facilities that were seen as part of a larger group during the 23 January 2020 Industry Day tour.� An escort will meet each company in the lobby of building E-4516 (main CDTF building) at 0830 ET to start their individual site visit. Each interested company must register in order to receive an individual site visit by submitting the form titled, �CDTF Individual Site Visit Registration Form� to the individuals listed below no later than 1300 ET Thursday, 6 February 2020. (1) Procuring Contracting Officer - Katelyn M. Coon, katelyn.m.coon.civ@mail.mil (2) Contract Specialist - Sarah Lutyens, sarah.e.lutyens.civ@mail.mil Each company must identify on their registration form whether it is requesting a half day (0830-1230 ET) or full day (0830-1600) individual site visit. Companies can notate on the registration form their first, second, and third preference of days to attend the individual site visit. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis; therefore, the U.S. Government cannot guarantee a company can attend on one of the three requested days. The U.S. Government would appreciate if local companies register for the first day or last day of each week so those companies traveling from farther distance can avoid travel on the weekends. If requested, question and answer (Q&A) sessions, each lasting a total of 30 minutes, will take place from either 1230-1300 ET (half day) or 1600-1630 ET (full day) at the conclusion of the company�s individual site visit. Companies interested in a Q&A session must include this on their registration form. Additionally, the U.S. Government will allow questions from each company up to three business days after their individual site visit. All questions should be submitted to the two individuals listed above. Driving directions and rules/guidelines for the individual site visit will be provided once a registration form is received.
