Description

Sources Sought Notice Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System 3D� (MRTS 3D�) The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Procurement Department, Orlando, FL announces its intention to procure, on a sole source basis, additional �Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System 3D� (MRTS 3D�) products from ProActive Technologies Inc (ProActive), 5712 Dot Com Court, Oveido, FL 32765-8032.� Sole source authority is provided under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. �In order to comply with PGI 206.302-1 the Government is seeking information on the availability of other potential sources. The follow-on contract to MRTS 3D�, Advanced Computer Based Training Systems (ACTS), RFP N61340-19-R-1203, was awarded 9 Jan 2020, but a post-award protest with a stay of performance was filed with GAO on 24 Jan 2020.� The Navy has critical efforts with required delivery dates that would result in unacceptable delays if not contracted for until resolution of the post-award protest.� As such, the Government intends to increase the ceiling of the existing MRTS 3D� Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, N61340-15-D-0003, by an estimated $5M, and extend the ordering period end date by an estimated two (2) months from 26 Feb 2020 to 26 April 2020 to award the necessary efforts.���
