- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to install a total of six (6) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the Hop Brook Lake Project office, five (5) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the Naugatuck River Basin Office, one (1) Energy Star rated, mini-split ductless air conditioning/ heat pump system at the Stamford Hurricane Barrier Office in Stamford, CT, one (1) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system at the Thomaston Dam Office, one (1) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system at the Black Rock Lake Office, two (2) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the Colebrook River Lake Office for a total of 16 units. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
