The scope of this requirement includes system support, project management, administration, drafting, technical integration, testing, maintenance, engineering, logistics, facilities, and security for software and hardware for new and existing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (C4ISR) systems and networks. These programs include efforts in the following areas: Engineering services for systems and security; System integration, installation and fabrication; Rapid prototyping and experimentation; Research, development, testing, and evaluation; Engineering documentation drafting; Logistics and administration support; Sustainment and maintenance support; and Information assurance certification and accreditation. Place of Contract Performance: Work will be performed primarily in the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region and Navy Region Southwest including Hawaii, Guam, Japan, California, Nevada, Washington, Oklahoma, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Australia; and outside this region in Bahrain, Djibouti and Italy. Work will be performed outside the continental U.S. (50%) and inside the continental U.S. (50%) Period of Performance: 03 February 2020 through 02 February 2028, if all options exercised.
