- Description
- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety (includes smoke/fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors), per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� The U.S. Government (National Park Service) is seeking to lease housing (three bedroom unit, unfurnished, with kitchen, at least one bathroom and one � bathroom. Lessor must allow tenants to keep pets.� No more than two dogs and two cats.� The kitchen should include appliances such as a cooking range and refrigerator, living space of at least 1,200 square feet, but no more than 2,200 square feet.� Lessor should also provide, secured parking, and maintenance.� This housing is for a law enforcement employee and the park will need to install a safe secured to the floor.� Santa Monica Mountains NRA requires the ability to lease residential unit for at least 2 years. This will allow the Park to house government required occupant employee who cannot be accommodated in the current housing inventory due to the loss of housing during the wildland fires.�
