- Amendment 0003 1. �The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to make the following changes. 2.� Extend the closing date of the solicitation to 25 February 2020. 3.� Pre-existing ammo boxes, preferably M19A1 or equivalent, may be utilized. The intent of Note 4 on 13006465 is to utilize pre-existing ammo boxes, preferably M19A1 or equivalent. �All attempts should be given in acquiring pre-existing ammo boxes. An alternative method could also be presented as stated within note as well. If these attempts fail, then building new ammo boxes to the technical data package would be accepted. 4.� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change the solicitation method to Full & Open Competition and extend the closing date to 04 February 2020. NOTE: With the recent transition from www.FBO.gov to www.beta.sam.gov the site is experiencing a number of issues. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (dawn.m.hessell.civ@mail.mil) and Cc the Contracting Officer (mark.r.hirsch.civ@mail.mil) with the subject header: ""Proposal Submission - W56HZV-19-Q-0098 (company name)"". Any proposals that were submitted/uploaded to FBO were not transferred over to beta.SAM.gov. You must email them to the Contract Specialist.� Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist / Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating the Government is in receipt of proposal submission. Please ensure that you receive an email stating that the Government has received your proposal submission. NOTE: Only the solicitation titled ""W56HZV19Q0098_Consolidated_solicitation_0001_0002"" needs to be submitted with your offer.
