Description

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Atlantic Models, Inc., for the purchase, delivery, and installation of 2 Display Models at Building 469, Tinker AFB, OK. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(b)(7). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of the Notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
