- Please see attached Request for Information (RFI) Bulk Ground Fuels 23JAN2020 and Attachment 0001 - Draft Purchase Description (PD) Bulk Ground Fuels 21NOV2019, for specific information regarding this Sources Sought notice. ***** Revised RFI - Bulk Ground Fuels 27JAN2020.� Please see the following attachments which provide the revisions to this RFI notice: - Revised RFI Bulk Ground Fuels 27JAN2020 to request a Capabilities Statement be submitted in response to this RFI; - Estimated Quantities of Fuel All other instructions remain unchanged and in full effect. ******* Revised RFI Instructions as stated below, effective 03 Feb 2020: - An extension has been�granted for this RFI.� Submissions are now due by 1000 CT, 13 Feb 2020. - Due to the U.S. Government requesting a Capability Statement be submitted in response to this RFI, the white paper page limit is hereby increased from 3 pages to 5 pages total. - All other terms and conditions of this RFI remain unchanged and in full effect.
