Description

The following brief synopsis does not include all of the work required to complete the project. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, equipment and materials to construct a new Gun Locker Room, Armory and Mechanical Room along with a new Curtain Wall to increase the Front Lobby square footage. The major items of construction will include: Class B walls surrounding the new Gun Locker Room and Armory and in some cases a Class B ceiling/roof system; New doors, frames and hardware; Finishes including paining, floor sealer and base; New individual Gun Lockers installed in the Gun Locker Room along with a Pistol Unloading Station; Mechanical system comprising of an air handling� unit and associated piping and controls to condition the Lobby, Gun Locker Room and Armory; Modification of and installation of a new fire sprinkler piping and head; Fire alarm system modifications; Electrical system including power to mechanical equipment, lighting and convenience outlets; and Security stems shall include electrified door hardware, intercom system and cameras.
