Contract Opportunities Description RFQ 36C24820Q0346 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need for an Indefinite-Delivery Contract (IDC), Requirements Type with a Base Year and Four (4) Option Years including two (2) each Analyzers, reagents, supplies, installation, training, and service of the equipment (for life of agreement) referenced in Attachment 1. Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is the referenced manufacturer, Brand Name or Equal. The RFQ # is 36C24820Q0346. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 (01-15-2020). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 334516; the size standard is 1,000. Note, interested SDVOSB/VOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. All quotes are due NLT 18 February 2020 @ 1 PM EST via e-mail to: Jose.Ortiz-Velez@va.gov. The Subject Line of the response e-mail shall include RFQ # 36C24820Q0346 . Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
