Description

The Amador Ranger district seeks Janitorial Services and intends to award a�Firm Fixed Price contract for a base and 4 optional years for janitorial services, including interior window and carpet cleaning at the Amador Ranger District. The Supervisor�s Office building contains approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, including the adjacent warehouse the bathroom, drinking fountain, gym area and a small office, also the single trailer located directly behind the warehouse. Location: �The project is located on the Eldorado National Forest, Amador Ranger District, 26820 Silver Drive, Pioneer, CA 95666 The solicitation package will be uploaded when ready, approximately 02/14/2020.� The date of award is expected to be within 10 days after the actual response date, which will be stated in the package and possibly changed in one or more amendments. Please hold any technical questions until after review of the solicitation.� The technical contact information will be listed in the solicitation. This project is set-aside Total Small Business The NAICS code for this project is 561720 The small business size standard is no greater than $19.5 Million in average annual receipts.� Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Total Small Business status and the size standard will be considered.
