Description

Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity - Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for the Initial Joint Polar System - Communication Element (IJPS-CE) Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for�a�Task Order�issued against�contract #DG133W-10-CQ-0042. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(b), see the attached Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for award of O&M Services for the IJPS-CE task order�using less than full and open competition. The purpose of the task order is to facilitate the transition of the IJPS-CE from multiple outdated point-to-point circuit technology to the new high-speed enterprise Joint European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) NOAA (JEUNO) network.
