- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to negotiate exclusively�with Excet Inc. of Springfield, VA,�a modification to�task order�N00173-19-F-2009 under contract N0017-14-D-2012.� The purpose of the modification�is to�increase the ceiling value in order to ensure�continuity of support, while allowing time for the�Government to re-compete�and award a replacement task order.� The task order provides R&D support for�electrochemical energy system integration, power system electronics design and development, controls and data-system development, system simulation and optimization, and optical modification of redox processes. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will NOT be issued. However, the Government will consider all responses to this notice.��Responses�must be sent via email to the Contract Specialist, Zun Lin at zun.lin@nrl.navy.mil by 11:00AM�EST, February 27, 2020.
