- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Groton Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis to All Arms Marketing and Manufacturing Organisation (AMMO and Company) for the acquisition of the United States Air Force (USAF) Band Ceremonial Maces and Sashes in support of the USAF Band. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is during February of 2020. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
