- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 3:00:00 PM Pacific, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Mark Space. The requirement is for purchase of the following: Mark Space 504A-0103 4 Channel Communications Controller, Minus DCCM's with Dual Input Redundant Power Module (DRPM) And Two 504A-AC Modules, Post Warranty � Fifteen (1) 1-Year Warranty Extensions o Serial Numbers: 3298, 3299, 3300, 3301, 3302, 3303, 3304, 3305, 3306, 3307, 3308, 3309, 3310, 3311, 3312, � Two (2) 1-Year Warranty Extensions o Serial Numbers: 3321, 3322 Mark Space 532A-0103/216 32 Channel Communications Controller, Minus DCCM's with Redundant Power Supply Modules, Post Warranty 1-Year Warranty Extension � Four (4) 1-year Warranty Extensions o Serial Numbers: 3527, 3258, 3259, 3260 This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government NOT TO COMPETE based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 and the business size standard is 30 (millions of dollars).
