Description: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is requesting proposals for a no-cost, performance-based contract�from socially responsible vendors or providers to deliver food services at two (2) leased facilities in Bethesda and Rockville, Maryland. The NIH is the largest organization under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is one of five health agencies within the Public Health Service. The contractor shall establish and operate, under its own name, the following: � One cafeteria (to be constructed) at 6701 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817 � One existing cafeteria and stand-alone coffee bar at 5601 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852 �
