Description
The last known CAGE and Part Number (PN) information of SCREW,MACHINE, NSN 5305013367903 is/are: CAGE: 13499, PN: 330-1716-240 CAGE: 56878, PN: 330-1716-240 Interested potential sources of supply must submit the following information, NLT 27 Feb 2020, to Ms. Neeta Jonchhe, FCDD-ISP-AM, 6560 Surveillance Loop, Bldg. 6007, APG MD �21005, or e-mail to neeta.l.jonchhe.civ@mail.mil. Refer to market survey number in your response. Describe the type(s) of items you currently supply and/or manufacture. What are your current supply, fabrication and/or manufacturing capacities? The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate supply, fabrication/production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to supply this item. Current and/or Past Performance for this or similar items. Provide some evidence of past/current contracts with the DoD. The contractor shall submit their CAGE code, part number, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last supply or manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have supply or production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase orders, or a statement from a prior purchaser demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. State the warranty of the item(s) that will be supplied. State whether the company you represent is foreign or American owned. Identification of the contractor as a Large or a Small Business. If a Small Business, please identify as an 8(a), HUB Zone, Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged. Do you plan to participate as a prime or team\sub?
