- This is a Market Survey to locate additional or alternate sources for the Honeywell International Incorporated, 115 Tabor Road Morris Plains, NJ 07950-2546, Part Number P/N 5050218-9, CAGE 017N4 is the current source of supply for this item. There are one each C-10998C/A HSI/VSI Mode Selector Panels located on Pilot and Copilot side of the instrument panel in the Army UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. The HSI/VSI Mode Selector Panel has two rows of four selector switches with Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) compatible lighted legends to select navigation information for display on their respective VSI/HSI. The Government is planning to award a Five to Ten Years IDIQ with an approximate procurement quantity of 15 units per month. A complete technical data package defining the materials, manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. Sources must be able to provide supporting technical data, test reports required by to obtain approval by the U.S. Army Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED), and the status of the Supplier's production line. Sources capable of providing the HSI/VSI Mode Selector Panel are required to write to Commander, U.S. Army CECOM LCMC, ATTN: FCDD-ISP-AB, Building 6007 3rd floor, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the supplied items will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. This Market Survey does not obligate the Government to award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted, only responses in writing or email will be considered.
