SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Solicitation Number:� �W15QKN-20-Q-5104 RESURFACE POV PARKING AREAS, AMHERST USARC, NY This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only.� It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 238990- Specialty Trade Contractor����� The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. �The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. � 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: AMHERST USARC 100 North Forest Road Amherst, NY 14221-5297 �See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted. �Capabilities statement must include: Company Name; Point of contact name, phone number & email address; DUNS Number; CAGE Code; Business Size.
