Description

Solicitation No. 47PK1720R0012 �Design Build Task LAFO 06� Wilshire Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA Synopsis: The General Services Administration (GSA) Pacific Rim Region announces an opportunity for design build project titled �Design Build Task LAFO 06�, at the Wilshire Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA.� Please note Top Secret Clearance Required. The project includes but is not limited to; providing Design-Build Construction Services for tenant improvements within existing space for a total of approximately 135 SF located on the 6th floor at 11000 Wilshire FB.� Contractor to use provided AE Design-Intent-Drawings and other requirement by the DoS.� Construction shall be comprehensive based on the final working construction drawings. Construction may be phased and will be identified by the government within the provided documents.� The construction is likely to occur within partially occupied space. This requirement is a competitive, 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS associated with this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard associated with this NAICS is $39.5 million.� The estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000, with anticipated project duration of approximately 171 calendar days. Top Security Clearance Requirement � In order to be eligible to perform under this contract, the pre-qualified firm(s), including all entities which comprise a JV and the JV itself, must possess a Defense Security Service (DSS) Top Secret facility security clearance (FCL) with Secret safeguarding capability, issued in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5220.22-M. Offerors already possessing the necessary FCL must submit their appropriate Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, facility clearance and safeguarding level along with their Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) any time during this posting. Please submit this information to Contract Specialist Fang Vilaylak, at fang.vilaylak@gsa.gov no later than 4:00PM (PDT), March 18, 2020. The offerors will need to be approved before accessing the RFP documents. Once it is determined the contractor is eligible to receive the RFP documents, they will be issued the RFP. The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 03/30/2020.� The technical specifications in the RFP are considered Sensitive but Unclassified Information. Therefore, interested offerors will need to be approved prior to gaining access to the RFP package. �In order to be granted access, an offeror must be currently registered in beta SAM.gov (URL: http://www.beta.sam.gov).� Once registered, the approved offerors will be invited to register in ProjNet. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the RFP, Amendments, Attachments, and printing the RFP, Amendments, and Attachments. �Please refer to Solicitation Number 47PK1720R0012 in all correspondence pertaining to this solicitation.� All correspondence must be transmitted via e-mail to Fang Vilaylak at fang.vilaylak@gsa.gov.
