This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PCDKWD20191118 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22020-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423850 with a small business size standard of 100.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2019-11-20 13:30:00.0 Eastern Time. Right and Left Side Rails - shall consist of left and right rails in 4 sizes to fit small through extra-large helmets. Must lock with Front Mount to ensure no rotational movement. Multiple entry points accept widely used rail bases, such as swivel clips, picatinny and winged rail bases. Design shall allow for easy, one-handed attachment of widely used rail bases and accommodates O2 clips for use with oxygen masks. Size Medium rails shall weigh no more than 85g.
