Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Services (FSIS) seeks to procure freezer and refrigerator maintenance and repair services for the Midwestern Laboratory, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis, MO� 63120.� All material to be supplied by the vendor.� Vendor must have an Approved Site Safety Plan for Complex and bldg. 105. All RFP questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, March 3, 2020, 2:00pm EST.� Responses will be provided not later than Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Submit all proposals, including Past Performance information, Pricing and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Thursday, March 26, 2020, 2:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about April 23, 2020 to provide freezer and refrigerator repair and maintenance for the Midwestern Lab. {Please see all attachments}
