- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for Type C Services to Davis Design, LLC of Lincoln, Nebraska.� The USPFO for Nebraska has a requirement for the completion of Type C, Inspection and Supervision services for�the Construction of the �Readiness Center Building for the Nebraska Army National Guard in Bellevue, Nebraska per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) Davis Design LLC is the logical follow on as the Designer of Record of the Specifications and Drawings for the Bellevue Readiness Center, Bellevue, Nebraska.� The Statutory authority that will be used is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements as outlined.� This is considered follow-on work for the continued provision of highly specialized services. Again this is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Davis� Design, LLC of Lincoln, Nebraska.
