- Amendment 01: This Amendment updates deadlines for abstract and full proposal submission. New abstract deadline is March 17, 2020; full proposal submission deadline is April 28, 2020. DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to develop wideband secure and protected radio interface technologies for future Radio Frequency (RF) systems. The WiSPER program will enable next-generation secure tactical radios. Please see BAA for instructions on requesting the BAA Unclassified//FOUO addendum for additional information.
