- Description
- Sierra Army Depot, located in Herlong, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide �motor� graders w/ ripper and �water tender.�Delivery to begin approximatley 30 days after award, or around 20 March 2020. The Army intends to award�one firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation.� The solicitation will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in�accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.�In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 333120�Construction�machinery manufacturing�. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award�Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award,�during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Offerors �are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued�throughout the posting period.
