- The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the Project Manager, Towed Artillery System (PM-TAS) awarded a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract for the M777A2 Mission Computer (MSC) and M777A2 Chief of Section Display (CSD) to support the M777A2 Howitzer Digital Fire Control System (DFCS). This contract was awarded to DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC, 100 North Babcock Street, Melbourne, FL 32935-6715�on February�19, 2020�in the amount of $14,753,801.64�. The Contract Number is W15QKN-20-D-0020 and the original Solicitation Number is W15QKN-19-R-0146. The Justification & Approval (J&A) (attached), addresses duplication costs to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
