- AFSC/Enterprise Acquisition Office�has awarded on a sole source basis,�a Cost Reimburseable No Fee (CRNF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purpose of establishing a strategic reserve of technical expertise and essential engineering skills in the Robins AFB area to augment organic technical capabilities to Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC), 135 Osigian Blvd., Watner Robins, GA 31088.
