- Description
- Red River Army Depot has a requirement for the�purchase and turn-key installation of one (1) each Rottler model H85AX (or equal) Computer Numeric Control (CNC) automatic vertical engine block honing machine with hole-to-hole automation and accessories. The machine shall be capable of performing automated cylinder honing operations to both in-line and V block engine blocks to include Caterpillar (C7) and GM 6.5 liter. The vendor shall supply tooling and accessories to allow honing of engine blocks in accordance with the specifications outlined in the purchase description*. The vendor shall provide off-loading, unpacking, setup, and connection to all utilities at the installation location. Utilities will be provided within twenty (20) feet of the installation location. At the completion of equipment installation, the vendor shall provide on-site operator training at RRAD. *Refer to the Purchase Description dated 13FEB2020 incorporated in the solicitation for further details.
