- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� A Sources Sought detailing the same requirement as this solicitation effort was posted on 03-May-2019 titled LabVIEW Enterprise Agreement Software License.� Multiple responses were received in response to the Sources Sought.� Naval undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport has a requirement for the following commercial supply:� an enterprise agreement to include National Instrument�s LabVIEW Software bundle, limited software bundles, technical support, and training credits in accordance with the Statement of Work.� The resultant contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price (FFP) contract with a base year requirement and four (4) one-year options. This solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) is N0025320Q0043 and is attached to this announcement.� The RFQ is posted and available to download at beta.sam.gov.� Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their on copy of the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation.� Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror�s proposal non-responsive and result in rejection. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation.� The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 million.� With the concurrence of the Small Business Office, this procurement will be conducted as other than full and open competition.� Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation.� The closing date of the solicitation is the closing date on this notice unless changed by amendment to the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing not later than seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date.� Questions received with seven (7) days of the solicitation closing date may not be entertained. �Questions shall be submitted via email to:� riley.johnson@navy.mil.� No paper copies will be accepted.
