Sole source contract action is to add a new work item to a Stand-alone Firm-Fixed-Price Contract awarded to BAE Systems San Diego on 07 September 2019 under Contract N00024-19-C-4459 for USS STETHEM (DDG-63) Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19) Extended Dry-Dock Selected Restricted CNO Availability (EDSRA).� New Work Item to be incorporated is: RCC 4N, Work Item 110-21-001 Overhead Crack Repair Frame 106; accomplish The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 United States Code 2304 (c) (2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2.
