- To All Interested Parties Subject: Agenda IEWTDs Site Visit, W91151-20-R-0001, Test Technology Support Services (TTSS) You are invited to attend a U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command/Operational Test Command (USATEC/OTC) Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate (IEWTD), Site Visit at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, on 11 March 2020, regarding the upcoming acquisition for TTSS. The event is scheduled from 0730 a.m. - 0800 a.m. for registration only and 0800 a.m-1230 p.m. at the Intelligence Systems Integration Laboratory (ISIL) Facility on Hayes Hall Compound, Building 81701, Fort Huachuca, Arizona (See Attachment 5).� During the IEWTDs Site Visit, the Requiring Activity will provide an overview of IEWTD Test Technology Support Services to include the background information, technical requirements, and site tour of the IEWTD Instrumentation and Motorpool. A �Draft Performance Work Statement� and a �Draft Request for Proposal� are posted on the Contract Opportunity (www.beta.SAM.gov) website for industry review. Please email all questions to Traci Leonard, Contract Specialist, (traci.d.leonard2.civ@mail.mil) with a copy to Sandra K. Cleveland, Contract Officer, (sandra.k.cleveland.civ@mail.mil) no later than 23 March 2020, 0830 a.m. (CST). The Government will not hold any one-on-one discussions during the IEWTDs Site Visit. The definitive answer to any questions raised during the IEWTDs Site Visit will be addressed on Contract Opportunity (www.beta.SAM.gov) website. The Government will post information covered during the IEWTDs Site Tour to include PowerPoint slides and a consolidated list of all questions and the Government responses on Contract Opportunity (www.beta.SAM.gov). Companies will not be invited to present company capabilities or marketing briefings; any requests for such will be denied. Due to space limitations each company is limited to no more than two (2) participants. The Government reserves the right to publish any new information disclosed about this acquisition that it believes to be useful to all potential offerors. The resultant contract will be a cost plus fixed fee type contract. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541330-Engineering Services, (except Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with size standard of $38.5M.
