- The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to award a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii).� The vendor is Exmile Solutions Ltd., London N21 3NA United Kingdom. This procurement is for Marine Traffic Satellite AIS Support services. �Exmile Solutions Ltd., is the sole proprietary developer of the data.� The period of performance is for the period of 6 March 2020 through 5 March 2021.� This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. �A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Any quotation or questions should be directed to Angela Brooks, Contracting Officer, at email Angela.Brooks@navy.mil.
