- Description
- The WA ARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition for Pen-link instructor lead training. The justification for other than full and open competition is based on only one responsible source, no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to Pen-Link LTD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because Pen-Link is the sole provider of all products and services of Pen-Link software, they do not partner or have any authorized dealers or distributors of Pen-Link supplies, services, and training.
