- U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease to the following location using other than full and open competition for Department of Veterans Affairs. Friendship Villa Care Center 2300 Wilson Street Miles City, Montana 59301 The Government requires community living center (CLC) space not to exceed 16,000 rentable square feet. The space must be located on hospital/clinic property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by March 13, 2020. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.)
