- PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENTS AFTC/PZIEA Directorate of Contracting, 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT:� VoIP Mission Voice Communications System Expansion���� REF NO.:� FA9302-20-R-0010 This is a notice of contract action (NOCA); this is not a solicitation for proposals. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the USAF�s intent of contract action and possibly gain knowledge of other potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, etc.) please do not request a copy of solicitation, as one does not exist. Notice of Contract Action: The AFTC Contracting Directorate (AFTC/PZIEA), Edwards AFB intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Supply IDIQ Contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items IAW FAC 2020-02 (23 December 2019); FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAC 2020-02 (23 December 2019); FAR part 6.302 Circumstances Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAC 2020-02 (23 December 2019), implemented by FAR 6.302-1, to Compunetix Inc.,2420 Mosside Blvd Ste 1, Monroeville, PA, 15146-4253. The applicable NAICS is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is expanding to the current VoIP based Mission Voice Communication System owned by the 412th TW and 96th TW.� The purpose of this expansion is to allow this system to support future flight test operations in an increased number of Mission Control Rooms (MCR).� The proposed current expansion effort is projected to support up to 10 additional MCRs. The contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies necessary to seamlessly integrate with the existing Compunetix MVP system platform in order to maintain all of the current operational and functional capabilities of a fully homogenous VoIP based Mission Voice Communications System. All elements of the vendor�s proposed system expansion solution, including all proposed hardware and software, shall be 100% compliant with all form, fit, function, and operational capabilities of the current Compunetix MVP Mission Voice Communications System.� Flight mission safety standards require complete and seamless functional and operational interoperability with the existing Compunetix MVP system without any deviation.� Failure to comply with flight mission safety standards can result in unacceptable risks to personnel and flight test assets.� All proposed vendor solutions shall therefore meet this 100% form, fit, function, and operational capabilities requirement without exception.
