Description

Notice of Intent The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source BPA call against W81K00-18-A-0005 Boston Scientific Corporation for Cardiac Impants, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for cardiac supplies for the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Ft Sam Houston, TX. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334510, Surgical Supplies, FSC � 6515, Medical, Dental and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies, Size Standard: 750 employees.� Award will be made on or after 03 March 2020. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� A determination by the Government not to compete the interim BPA Call based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
