This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0108-20 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.� This requirement is set aside for a small business.� Small Business size standard is $15 million.� UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, three year contract.
