- Pre-Solicitation On or about 04 MAR 2020, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for �Garrison Dam Intake Piping Abatement�.� The solicitation will close on or about 3 April 2020.�� The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Anticipated Solicitation: W9128F20Q0026 Site Visit: The site visit is tentatively scheduled for on or about 19 MARCH 2020.� More specific information will be provide upon solicitation. Project Description:� Work for the Intake Building pipe abatement project is to properly encapsulate in order to remove and dispose of approximately 1210 linear feet of ACM insulated pipe. Abatement is required to be done by a licensed, and qualified contractor in good standing with the state of North Dakota.� Prior to the start of work, all necessary permits and licenses in conjunction with asbestos removal, encapsulation, hauling and disposal shall be obtained.� It is anticipated that Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 90 calendar days after Award.� NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 562910, Remediation Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $20.5M.
