- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations.� The documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03.� This procurement is a total small business set aside.� The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 million.� The intent of this solicitation is to award multiple IDIQ contracts for hazardous fuels reduction.� The exact number of contract awards will depend on responses received, qualifications, and prices.� The Government does not intend to award more than six contracts.� Work is intended to be performed on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin, but may be utilized for projects anywhere in the Eastern Region of the Forest Service.
