- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation.� The solicitation number is N4008520R3013, and issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein.� This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair Services at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. � The work identified is to be provided by means of a combination firm-fixed price (recurring) work and indefinite quantity (non-recurring) work type contract.� See the bid schedule for a more detailed explanation of the services.� The contract will be performance based with a base year and four option periods.
