- ** AMENDMENT A00005 West Haven CT VAMC Heat and Power Plant Combined Synopsis Solicitation Updates ** The purpose of this amendment is to update the RFQ response due date to allow for an additional site visit. RFQ Response Due date has been changed From: (xv) RFQ responses are due 28-Feb-2020 at 11:00 AM EST. RFQ responses must be submitted via email to: Joshua.Gallien@va.gov. Hand deliveries shall not be accepted. To: (xv) RFQ responses are due 17-Mar-2020 at 11:00 AM EST. RFQ responses must be submitted via email to: Joshua.Gallien@va.gov. Hand deliveries shall not be accepted. Site Visit Update: Another site visit will be held for any that are interested in attending. At this time the VA is in the works of contacting all inhouse parties that will be in attendance. Once a date and time has been set an amendment will be posted with that information. The RFQ due date will also be adjusted at that time if need be. Questions: At this time, we are not taking any additional questions, however once the site visit details are posted we will consider a brief period to address any additional questions. (This will also be addressed in the following amendment)
