Description: ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS FOR DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS*** Replace (2) 15-ton HVAC ACU and all associated equipment and (1) 10-ton HVAC ACU and associated equipment at the Birmingham Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Calera, AL. NWS WFO is an active operation. HVAC disruption must be minimized to allow for sustained operations. A pre-bid site visit is highly recommended. It is the responsibility of the contractor to inform himself of all existing issues with the HVAC System.
