Notice to Offerors � There is the potential for a change in scope for this requirement, we will know more next week.� We will either post an update explaining the change in scope or post an update stating there has been no change.� Either update will be posted to beta.sam by 6 March 2020. *Amendment 2 - The RFQ response date has changed to 16 Mar 2020.� The response time remains the same. * *Amendment 1 - Questions and Answers from site visit, as well as photographs from the site visit have been aded to the attachments list.* The U.S. Government is looking for a Concessionaire to operate an American Style�Restaurant with Bar Services as described in the Statement of Work to authorized�patrons at assigned space at building 3336 (KMCC) for the period, beginning 1 May�2020 and ending 30 April 2022 with eight (8) options to extend. For its services provided to the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities (NAFI), the�Concessionaire will receive the monthly gross sales minus the remuneration to the�NAFI as listed in the below schedule. The NAFI shall retain the predetermined�remuneration as mentioned in the below schedule as well as applicable credit card�expenses. Payment of fees due to the NAFI shall be made in U.S. Dollars by the close�of business each day of performance. Payment to the Concessionaire will be made via�electronic funds transfer within 10 days after receipt of the invoice and VAT relief�form from the Concessionaire. Up to three (3) payments per month may be requested�by the concessionaire.
